1. Acceptance of Terms

You are limited to one account per person, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances or winnings. 2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you agree to immediately notify unobet of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. unobet will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three (1-3) business days to process depending on the originating bank's processing times. unobet does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees. 3.3 Withdrawal Processing and Verification

First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC verification, which includes submission of valid government-issued identification and proof of address. • Abusive behavior toward other players or unobet staff, including harassment, threats, or discriminatory language

4.2 Game Integrity and Random Number Generators

5.2 Self-Exclusion Program

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. The unobet name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks owned by unobet. Third-party game providers, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and others, retain all intellectual property rights to their respective games and content.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

While unobet strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues. unobet shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from service downtime, scheduled maintenance, server failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or force majeure events.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. unobet DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. 8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless unobet, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, your breach of any law or regulation, your infringement of any third-party rights, or any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation by contacting unobet customer support. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. Each party shall bear its own costs related to arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your unobet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements or verification procedures. Once your account is closed, you will lose access to all account data, gaming history, and loyalty program benefits. Account closures are permanent and cannot be reversed.

10.2 unobet's Right to Terminate

unobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, breached responsible gaming policies, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In cases of account termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and any pending bonuses will be voided. unobet is not obligated to provide specific reasons for account termination beyond what is required by applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and unobet regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by unobet of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by unobet to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without unobet's prior written consent. unobet may freely assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without restriction, including to any affiliated entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

12.5 Language

These Terms are prepared and executed in English. In the event of any translation discrepancies, the English language version shall prevail and be deemed the authoritative version for interpretation and enforcement purposes.
